As we head into an election cycle, this topic is more critical than ever and we invite you to share in a discussion. We’ll address questions such as how can we balance open dialogue with professionalism and inclusivity? What considerations should be kept in mind to ensure a respectful and positive workplace culture? How can discussing politics at work actually be constructive in the workplace? There is one topic that we don’t talk about enough during Pride Month: resilience. As anti-LGBTQIA+ rhetoric continues in 2024, community care, collectivism and resilience are becoming more essential for the LGBTQIA+ community.
