I thank you for helping me to create deeper, more meaningful relationships at work and for showing me how important it is to be my authentic self.
This training was very interesting and well done. As someone who worked as a leader in a much larger prior organization in a collective bargaining environment, I've been to a lot of various trainings on EEOC in the workplace, training on supervising people with disabilities, reasonable accommodation and technical aspects of DEI but have never experienced such a great overview of DEI.
A very robust and comprehensive presentation and I appreciated the grace that we're all still learning.
