Anti-Harassment at Work for Supervisors

NewDay's Anti-Harassment at Work training track is essential for supervisors in fostering a respectful workplace environment. Our comprehensive program equips employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to prevent harassment and discrimination in line with state and federal mandates. We understand the importance of promoting inclusivity and respect, which are vital for cultivating a positive work culture where all employees feel valued, safe, and supported.

Our course meets all training requirements for sexual harassment and bullying, including those mandated by California (AB1825, AB2053, SB396, and SB1343), New York State (NYHRL/§201-G), New York City (Local Law 96), Illinois (IHRA/WTA/§§2-109, 2.110), Delaware (DEA/HC 360), Connecticut (§46A), and Maine (§807). With our 120-minute course, employers can fulfill training mandates including biennial supervisor training in California.  We strongly recommend annual training for all employees to reinforce policies and foster positive behavior.
